چکیده

The concentration of low-concentration coalbed methane extracted from underground coal mine fluctuates greatly, which does not meet the requirements intake coalbed-methane utilization devices. Due to this fluctuation, coalbed-methane-utilization device cannot maintain stable and safe operation. gas-mixing is mainly used in systems, providing each with a feed gas source qualified concentration. In order solve problems unsatisfactory uniformity mixing large resistance existing coalbed-methane-mixing device, mathematical model internal flow established. influence structure on change loss studied by numerical simulation experiment. When 7000 Nm3/h, 50,000 Nm3/h 160,000 respectively, spiral combination L-N-R, N-L-R L-N-R optimal (L, R, N indicate left rotation, right rotation without setting screw, respectively).
